About the Opportunity........

We are seeking a well-organised person with great communication skills to provide operational support to Stores and the procurement functions of Council.

Full training will be provided for this position although, ideally, you will understand inventory, purchasing and stock management systems.

For this position, you will require:

  • Current Class 'C' manual driver's licence
  • A positive attitude and a desire to learn 
  • Physical ability to lift items and stack shelves in Stores
  • A forklift ticket or the ability to obtain one quickly
  • Great communication skills to effectively liaise with Council staff and suppliers.
